We know that Moore had some experience with the military, and it’s possible that he got blinded while in the army. Moore, first name unknown, was born in Denver, Colorado, and apart from that, nothing else is known about his past. In the comics, he looks very different from the one we saw in Retaliation, but he’s not exactly similar to the one in Snake Eyes either. In the movie, he was the new leader of the Arashikage Clan, the one who sends Snake Eyes and Jinx after Storm Shadow, and also the one who correctly deduces that Storm Shadow was framed for the death of the Hard Master by Zartan. Joe: Retaliation, in a horrible version portrayed by Robert Fitzgerald with really bad make-up. Joe Origins trailer is another member of the Arashikage Clan, seen as he is trying to recruit Snake Eyes to the cause: he’s the Blind Master, portrayed by Peter Mensah.
